Sarah Gray . Yoga



Sarah's heart and soul have been captivated by Yoga over the past 24 years, ever since her husband bought her a Yoga book by Mira Mehta.  Yoga has transformed Sarah's life and it has carried her through several challenging life experiences.  Her committed practice of Soto Zen Buddhist Meditation has brought greater depth to her Yoga teaching.  Sarah's passion is to teach others to see Yoga as she does, as a means of providing space to fully connect with the present moment.

What is Yoga

Sarah is a fully qualified Yoga teacher with 14 years experience and expertise with a range of client groups.

  • General Hatha Yoga Classes. Sarah teaches at Craigiebuckler Church in Aberdeen.
  • Kids Yoga. In partnership with Sports Aberdeen Active Schools, Sarah teaches children at Peterculter Primary School & Mile End Primary School
  • Chair Yoga - Courses started in November 2016 - Gentle seated exercise based on Yoga.

      At the GYA and Yoga Scotland event led by Sarah Gray & Lisa Taylor to celebrate the UN International Day of Yoga on Sunday 19th June 2016, over £400 was raised from donations to help rebuild schools in Nepal. Pictures of the event can be found under the Gallery page.
